Step 1: Search for Candidates

Use the search form with the right keywords and filters to find the talent you're looking for, no matter how specific your requirement is.

  • Search for an engineer who knows JavaScript, Java, and CSS.
  • Use filters such as experience, education, industry, company, gender, and designation.
  • Utilize the smart insights filter for specific insights.

Step 2: View Search Results

After searching for a specific role with certain skill sets, you will be redirected to the results page.

  • Registered profiles: Candidates who have updated their profiles on FoundIt.
  • Sourced profiles: Passive candidates obtained from various external sources.
  • Add or exclude synonyms and modify your search.
  • Use smart insights to refine your results.

Step 3: Analyze Candidate Details

Candidate details include:

  • Likelihood to explore
  • Details of the role
  • Current organization
  • Smart insights such as not being a job hopper

Additional features:

  • Show similar profiles
  • Compare profiles (up to five at a time)
  • Mark a profile as a favorite

Step 4: Shortlist and Contact Candidates
