Step 2: View Search Results
After searching for a specific role with certain skill sets, you will be redirected to the results page.
- Registered profiles: Candidates who have updated their profiles on FoundIt.
- Sourced profiles: Passive candidates obtained from various external sources.
- Add or exclude synonyms and modify your search.
- Use smart insights to refine your results.
Step 3: Analyze Candidate Details
Candidate details include:
- Likelihood to explore
- Details of the role
- Current organization
- Smart insights such as not being a job hopper
Additional features:
- Show similar profiles
- Compare profiles (up to five at a time)
- Mark a profile as a favorite
Step 4: Shortlist and Contact Candidates
